Businesses can get affordable toll-free numbers in more than 90 countries.

If you do business in other countries, there's something to be said for providing your customers with a toll-free number that they can use to call you.

Voice-over-IP provider MyNetFone now offers toll-free numbers in more than 90 countries, including New Zealand, China, India, the UK and the US.

“To date, this type of toll free service has mostly only been accessible to large enterprises, but now SMEs can also benefit from Global Numbers,” said Rene Sugo, CEO of MNF Group, MyNetFone's parent company.

“This launch continues our track record of making 'big business' call features accessible to all Australian businesses. In today's interconnected world, more and more businesses look to present an international presence and make it easier for overseas customers to contact them. Our service makes it easy.”

The service is offered as an add-on to MyNetFone business plans, and costs as little as $10 a month depending on the country. Inbound calls to Global Numbers also attract per-minute charges, presumably at MyNetFone's usual rates, which start at 1.9c per minute.

MyNetFone can move customers' existing overseas toll-free numbers onto its voice network at no additional cost.
