The cloud design tool has added another useful feature for business users.

Canva is an easy-to-use online design tool that has both a free version and a paid version. The latter, Canva for Work, adds the ability to enforce the use of a consistent style, as we mentioned last year.

The latest addition to Canva for Work is a presentation feature.

Where Prezi Business focuses on collaboration and analytics, Canva's presentation mode is about ease of use.

The Presentation template provides a range of layouts, and other templates can be used for presentations if you find them suitable.

Presentations are assembled by dragging and dropping, and there are facilities for including web pages and YouTube videos.

Once the design is complete, Canva can be put into full-screen presentation mode with the click of a button.

Canva for Work costs $US12.95 per user per month if billed monthly, or the equivalent of $US9.95 if billed annually.
