Privacy and security concerns aren't stopping people from putting their files online, if the popularity of Dropbox is any indication.

As we pointed out the other day, it's a worry when people at work start putting important work files into their personal Dropbox accounts.

So it's interetsing to note that Dropbox now claims four million businesses uses Dropbox in the past year.

If you're one of those people concerned about this, you might be interested to learn that Dropbox has introduced a way to "connect" a personal Dropbox to a Dropbox for Business account.

While that sounds like a security nightmare, the reason, according to Dropbox, is that lots of people using are mixing personal and work files in Dropbox. The idea now is that you can more easily view two separate accounts. The important thing, as we note pointed out by The Verge, is that this will mean less business files should end up in personal Dropbox accounts - which is a problem if your staff quit.
