This $199 smartphone from Kogan caught our eye with its dual SIM feature.

Aside from the price, what caught our eye about this Kogan phone is that it supports dual SIMs.

Dual SIM phones could be handy if you are travelling overseas or in remote parts of the country - they allow you to put in a second SIM card alongside your regular SIM. It's one way of avoiding expensive roaming charges while still being able receive calls on your Australian number.

The convenience of not having to physically take out and swap between two SIM cards is also handy. You can read our 60 second guide to dual SIM phones here.

The phone is called the "Agora 5.0" Quad-core Smartphone" and is currently listed for pre-order from the Kogan website and will begin shipping from October 3.

The phone has a 5 inch 720P display with a 1.2Ghz quad-core processor, 8 megapixel camera and runs Android Jelly Bean OS. It costs $199 plus postage.

The phone only comes with 4GB of on-board storage but it is at least expandable with a Micro SD card slot.
