According to the product page on the Dell website, the display is factory calibrated and specifically geared towards professionals who require accurate colour representation such as designers, CGI animators, photographers and engineers.
The monitor also features the latest inputs such as HDMI, DisplayPort, and mini-DisplayPort for example, for connecting laptops, desktop PC’s and tablets, in addition to USB 3.0 inputs and a media card reader.
The monitor is also wall-mountable and could conceivably be used as an advertising display.
