We spotted this video today, and decided we'd share it with you. We hear all the time that cashflow is a big problem when you're running a small business. This can't help.
In fact if you Google "customer won't pay" you'll find a stack of articles about what to do in this situation, everything from "nudge the customer harder" to "familiarise yourself with lawyers."
All well and good, but doesn't help when you're face to face with a one-off customer who's about to walk out.
