You can now pick up a Blackberry Z10 phone for $299

Kogan has reduced the price on the BlackBerry Z10 4G phone by almost half and is now selling it for $299 plus delivery.

Here is the link to the Kogan web page listing the BlackBerry Z10 4G for phone for $299 plus delivery.

The Blackberry Z10 first went on sale in late March and while it can be found for under $300 on various web sites, some sites are still advertising it for a lot more, including Harvey Norman where it was advertised at the time of writing for $566.

Note that phones you buy from Kogan are not Australian stock and will require you to send it back to Kogan for any warranty claims.

We'd describe the Z10 as a mid-range phone in terms of features - it has a 1.5GHz dual core processor, 1280x768 resolution 4.2-inch display, 2GB of RAM and uses the new touch orientated BlackBerry 10 mobile operating system.

BlackBerry's business pedigree means it's preloaded with relevant productivity applications, including a Flash enabled web browser, Docs To Go (for PowerPoint, Word, Excel), Adobe Reader, BlackBerry Messenger (BBM) and Calendar.
