Integration between ecommerce platform Magento and email marketing system dotmailer simplifies campaigns and makes it easier to build landing pages.
Data is synchronised between the two systems so that emails can be automatically generated according to customers' behaviours in the online store. This can be as simple as sending a confirmation of order, a reminder that the customer's supply of a particular consumable is probably running low and that it is time to reorder, or a highly-targeted offer based on purchase history and other data.
There is even a mechanism for splitting customers into random groups, which makes it easy to do A/B tests, and a landing page builder allowing marketers to create pages for different campaigns without calling on IT or design staff.
dotmailer also integrates with Salesforce.com, Facebook, Microsoft Dynamics and more.
