Here's what Telstra's doing to improve account management for its small business customers.
Everyone’s heard horror stories about getting phone and data account problems resolved.
So it’s no surprise to see Telstra trying to improve the level of services it provides small businesses.
The carrier has extended personalised account management support to all Telstra Small Business customers. Those customers can now access personalised account management, no matter how many Telstra services they use or their size.
Telstra’s also touting a single phone number – 132 000 – for account management support. That number will be manned every day from 8am to 9pm.
Small businesses can also now book in-store appointments with Telstra. And the carrier has a new text service for sending small business customers updates, rather than having customers wait on the phone. Businesses can also use the text service to get back in touch with the same Telstra representative.
“Businesses are expected to provide first class customer service to retain their customers and they expect us to do the same. We are listening,” stated Telstra Group Executive Consumer and Small Business Michael Ackland.
