If you're shopping for a new phone and you're a heavy user of Microsoft apps, these two phones could be of interest.
Telstra has announced it will be selling the Nokia Lumia 930 - the first phone they're offering with Windows Phone 8.1. This is latest mobile operating system from Microsoft.
The phone will operate on Telstra's, Optus' and Vodafone's 4G networks.
Windows Phone 8.1 features the Word Flow keyboard which allows you to swipe through letters for a faster typing experience. The new Action Centre puts notifications and customisable quick settings in one convenient place.
Its rounded back flat metallic edges in theory make it easy to hold while taking photos. Maintaining Nokia's reputation for putting high-spec cameras in their smartphones, the Lumia 930 includes a 20MP camera, dual LED flash and Dolby Digital Plus surround sound recording.
The phone also comes with NFC and is wireless charging-capable.
Telstra customers who pre-order will receive a JBL PowerUp Speaker (RRP $389.95). The PowerUp has NFC pairing and Bluetooth streaming so you can just tap the phone against the speaker to connect. The speaker will also charge the phone.
As well the Lumia 930, Vodafone and Optus will also be offering the new Nokia Lumia 635. The Lumia 635 has a 5MP camera and smaller screen.
