MYOB updates CompanyDocs

Looking to keep up with MYOB's products for accountants? This might be of interest.

MYOB's CompanyDocs service originally provided a convenient, online mechanism for registering a new proprietary company. The latest update to CompanyDocs adds the ability to replace or update a company constitution, and to register a new self-managed superannuation fund.

CompanyDocs is aimed at accountants rather than end users.

The wizard-driven service lodges applications with ASIC in around 20 minutes, and the corresponding legal documentation is generated by Sparke Helmore Lawyers and made available on the same business day.

Company registrations cost $576, constitution changes are $88, and a SMSF trust deed is $132 (or $697 with a corporate trustee).
