MYOB steps up fraud protection

MYOB has increased fraud protection for businesses that use its PayBy payment services.

It plans to deploy The ai Corporation’s omni-channel payment gateway, which uses fraud detection and risk management systems to protect businesses from cyber-attack.

The ai platform complies with Australian and New Zealand regulations and PCI standards. It is suitable for small, medium-size and much larger companies.

The ai Corporation employs fraud analysts and uses machine learning to look for suspicious activity.

The company claims its products are used by more than 100 banks, three million multi-channel merchants and 300 million consumer cardholders.

MOB will use the technology to protect MYOB PayBy services, which allow businesses to accept credit card payments and customise and track invoices.
