Get free tools from Microsoft, Cisco, ServiceNow, Adobe, Telstra, Google, Facebook, Salesforce and others.
A new Australian Business Continuity web portal with links to free offers of web meeting tools and other cloud services has been created with Federal Government support.
The portal, established by the Australian Information Industry Association, lists free tools from Microsoft, Cisco, ServiceNow, Adobe, Telstra, Google, Facebook, SAP, Salesforce and others.
We’ve already created a handy guide to big name free web meeting and remote working tools and bonus data offers here. Our guide explains some of the key terms of these offers.
Meanwhile, the Government-supported portal also lists intelliHR’s free COVID-19 Essentials Platform. intelliHR states that the tool allows employees to "check-in" and give continuous feedback and companies to manage work-from-home approvals, provide access to health information and access work-from-home policy advice templates.
Interestingly, the intelliHR tool also has "real time Sentiment Analysis Pulse on all feedback captured in the system”.
The portal also lists apps for emergency response operations, outreach, self-report and exposure management from Servicenow. These are designed to help you organise staff and resources, distribute information and confirm employee safety and identify risks.
You can also fill out a form to get a free ServiceNow demo instance through September 30, 2020.
The Government has also expanded the hours of its business hotline to 7am to 9pm, 7 days per week. The phone number is 13 28 46.
“Additional agents, including dedicated specialists, have been added to the team to provide support on Government assistance to businesses during the COVID-19 pandemic, including information on access to the stimulus package and assistance for Employees,” the government announced.
