Vodafone's small business customers can now sign up for the Dropbox Business cloud storage service via Vodafone Ready Business.
Part of the deal between Dropbox and Vodafone is a free 60 trial subscription instead of the usual 30 days.
After that, the monthly fee starts at $28 for two users - $14 per user per month is a modest discount compared with the usual $15.
But another advantage of buying through Vodafone is that there's a minimum of five users when subscribing directly with Dropbox.
"At Dropbox our mission is to simplify the way people work together," said Charlie Wood, managing director of Dropbox ANZ.
"Our partnership with Vodafone will improve this further by allowing the thousands of businesses that are on the Vodafone network to share and collaborate on files more quickly and easily whether they are in the office, working remotely, or on the go."
Andrew Chanmugam, general manager of business at Vodafone, pointed to the way faster network speeds are increasing the usefulness of cloud services to mobile users.
"Dropbox Business offers small businesses the ability to store, share and access all their key business documents, video and audio files at home, at the office or on the go. It's an invaluable tool to connect with customers, suppliers, and colleagues in virtually real time. We look forward to hearing what the customer response is like to the trial."
