The City of Sydney is tonight hosting a free workshop presenting the basics for new and would-be bar owners.
The workshop starts tonight (April 3) at 6.30pm, and is being held at the Customs House at Circular Quay - handy if you're taking public transport.
The agenda includes:
- Liquor licencing requirements
- The DA process and timeline
- Compliance with health and building regulations
One of the presenters is Martin O'Sullivan, co-owner of Grasshopper, so this is a chance to hear straight from the horse's mouth.
