One option is something called a "Digital Enterprise Program", a fancy title for a government scheme to provide training in groups, and free one-on-one sessions with a "mentor". It's free.
Today the government announced more organisations that will deliver these in Tasmania.

Earlier this month, the government announced that 1,800 homes and businesses in Hobart could sign up for NBN services.
The government has previously stated that Tasmania will be "fully connected" to the NBN by the end of 2015.
