ReadyToShip expands its delivery services for online retailers

The online delivery processing system integrates popular ecommerce platforms with a range of delivery services, which now includes Sendle.

A new integration with Sendle adds to the delivery options available through ReadyToShip, and potentially saves money for etailers and their customers.

ReadyToShip aims to make life easier for online merchants by integrating popular ecommerce platforms with delivery services.

It automatically imports orders, validates addresses (and corrects simple errors), and simplifies the creation of consignments, among other features.

ReadyToShip works with BigCommerce, eBay, Magento, Neto, PrestaShop, Shopify and WooCommerce, and connects to a range of delivery services including Click and Send, Couriers Please, DHL Global Mail, Australia Post eParcel, Fastway, Startrack, TIG Freight Management and now Sendle.

Oscar de Vries, founder of the Oscar Razor shaving club that supplies razors and shaving essentials to subscribers, said, "This partnership means we can now use Sendle with our eCommerce platform, Shopify — saving us time, money and resources in our daily operations. The integration is robust and simple to use. It also means that we can benefit from the excellent customer service provided by both Sendle and ReadyToShip for parcel tracking and logistics management."

As a bonus, ReadyToShip users can get free Sendle premium accounts, saving them another $1 per parcel.

ReadyToShip offers a three-month free trial. Plans start at $0 a month for eBay-only sellers, with the first 400 shipments per month at no charge and then 25c per shipment. The equivalent for web-based stores costs $29 a month. At the other end of the spectrum comes the multichannel pro plan: $149 a month for up to 2500 shipments and 10c per shipment thereafter.

Sendle's prices start at $7.95 for a 500g A4 satchel (surcharges apply for "remote" addresses, and be warned that Sendle's idea of remote may not match yours). Other examples include $9.75 for up to 25kg (or 100 litres) within the same city, and $10.75 to send up to 2kg (2 litres) nationally (again, excluding remote areas).
