Full credit to this Amsterdam DVD shop, which laid this artwork on its shop floor to promote the Dutch DVD release of the movie Man on a Ledge.
As a way of getting people through the door, we can see how this might be effective –and compared to giant fish tanks and edible fashion, it’s got to be one of the cheaper and quirkier ways of standing out from the crowd.
We’d be interested to see what a coffee shop or major department store would do with this.
