Tech deals: Retravision firesale at Grays

Looking for some cheap gear for the office? A quick dip into Grays Online might be the ticket.

While it's never good to see a business close down, it does offer an opportunity for bargain hunters. Online aution and sale site Grays Online is clearing out items from Retravision.

There are a few items left that might be of interest. There are portable surge protectors for looking after your mobile gear when you travel, routers, speaker and keyboard sets, GPS devices, software and printer toner. In some cases the items are bundled into groups so when you bid you may be looking at more than one actual item per lot being auctioned.

One thing to watch for with Grays is the "Buyer's Premium". This is an administrative fee that's applied to all sales. For the Retravision sale, this is 15% and you'll also need to factor in delivery so make sure you do your homework before purchasing.

The sale ends at 8.30PM tonight AEST.
