Electronics retailer JB Hi-Fi is currently offering 10-per cent off its PC and laptop range. The offer excludes Toshiba, Apple/iPad and Sony computers, but everything else has received the discount.
This is a pretty common deal from JB Hi-Fi: you can often get similar discounts during non-promotional periods by using your haggling skills.
However, we did notice some Toshiba laptops that had been slashed by an additional 10-per cent, which could save you up to $400. Models on special include the Toshiba Satellite PSK0CA-05501T with Intel Core i5-2450m CPU and 4GB of RAM for $699 (save $300), the Toshiba Portege Z830 Ultrabook with Intel Core i5-2467m 1.60ghz CPU and 4GB of RAM for $930.40 (save $312.50) and the Toshiba Satellite P850 laptop with 3rd Generation Intel Core i7-3610qm 2.3GHz CPU, 8GB RAM and 1TB HDD for $1179.20 (save $394.80).
