Hanging onto customers

If you have a customer database, then this event sounds like a useful opportunity to do more with this crucial data. Speakers comes from Google and Datarati, who will talk about how to improve the quality of that data and technology for managing it. We’ve introduced the concept of CRM here, and this event will take this further by explaining how “marketing automation” differs to CRM.
