The components in the Z1 are pretty standard offerings, which makes replacement or upgrading a breeze. This unit comes with a single hard drive, but it can be removed by raising the black plastic lever and replaced with either a larger capacity desktop hard drive, or two laptop drives (or even an SSD and a laptop drive in tandem).

All-In-One PCs are usually closed, unmodifiable devices. But HP's Z1 bucks that trend with easy serviceability, tool-less construction and industry standard parts. Call it the anti-iMac.
