Xero puts important information front and centre in plain English. Entering transactions is easy and if you carry out regular purchases like rent you can easily set these up as recurring transactions. You can do the same with invoices as well.
Tax reporting is easy as Xero produces an activity statement report that lists the BAS form boxes and the amounts you need to fill in for the tax office. Other reports such as profit and loss and balance sheets are easy to produce.
You can use Xero to create pay-runs for your staff that are automatically processed complete with payslips that can be customised with your logo. If you have several staff, you can create a pay-run that processes a group of employees and schedule it to run automatically on a schedule.
If your clients or suppliers use Xero you can send statements automatically from one Xero user to another, negating the need for sending separate email.
